Private Pay Home Care in Sunny Isles Beach
Paying directly means nothing is waiting on an approval, and the schedule answers to your household rather than to a third party's rules.
Three numbers settle most of it
The hourly rate, the shortest visit we will take, and what is included in an hour. With those three a family can work out a weekly figure on the back of an envelope, and almost every other question becomes easier to answer.
You will hear all three on the first call. Not a range, not after an assessment — they are the numbers you need in order to decide whether to have the assessment at all.
Every service on this site is arranged on this basis, so the rate and the minimum visit apply whichever of them ends up in your plan.
How the money works
Non-medical, hands-on, and inside a scope that is written down first.
An hourly rate
Quoted before anyone attends, so the first invoice contains no surprises and no line you have not already heard about.
A shortest visit
There is a minimum, and you are told what it is. Very short calls cost more per hour because the driving is the same however brief the visit.
What an hour includes
Washing, cooking, laundry and company all count as the same hour. You are buying time, not a list of separately priced tasks.
No long-term contract
Hours go up, come down or stop on a telephone call. An arrangement that cannot shrink is one families cancel outright instead of adjusting.
One invoice, one household
Billed to you directly and itemised by visit, so what you are paying for is legible without a telephone call to query it.
When private pay suits a household
- Care is needed before any approval could arrive
- The hours wanted are small and specific
- You want to choose the days rather than be allocated them
- An arrangement needs to start this week
- You want to be able to reduce it without a review
